A design-led custom residence developed as a cohesive architectural environment integrating indoor and outdoor living
This project was conceived as a unified residential composition, where architecture, outdoor living, and interior spaces were developed together to create a cohesive and enduring environment.
Material selection, spatial planning, and landscape integration were considered simultaneously, ensuring a seamless relationship between the home and its surrounding setting. Natural limestone, steep rooflines, and carefully detailed millwork establish a timeless architectural presence, while expansive glazing and generous interior volumes introduce light, openness, and a strong connection to the landscape.

The residence was developed with a disciplined focus on proportion, material continuity, and spatial flow, ensuring each element contributes to a clear and unified architectural expression.
Exterior stone detailing, window proportions, and interior millwork were carefully coordinated to establish a consistent design language throughout the home. Covered outdoor spaces were integrated as natural extensions of the interior, allowing the residence to transition seamlessly into the surrounding landscape while maintaining a strong architectural identity.

Large openings and covered exterior spaces extend the living areas of the home into the landscape, reinforcing a continuous relationship between inside and out.
Rather than functioning as separate zones, these spaces are designed as part of a unified experience where architecture, structure, and landscape work together to create a fluid and highly livable environment.

A restrained palette of natural limestone, wood accents, and custom detailing reinforces the architectural clarity of the residence. Each material was selected not only for its aesthetic quality, but for its ability to contribute to a cohesive and enduring composition.
Consistency in detailing across both exterior and interior elements strengthens the overall architectural language, ensuring the home reads as a complete and intentional work.

The home was conceived as a complete living environment, where architecture, landscape, and outdoor structures function together as a unified whole.
Each element was designed to support both everyday living and larger-scale entertaining, resulting in a residence that is highly functional while maintaining a refined and cohesive architectural presence.

Interior spaces are defined by generous ceiling heights, balanced proportions, and expansive glazing. Natural light and carefully framed views enhance the connection to the surrounding property while reinforcing a sense of openness and refinement.
The result is an interior environment that feels composed, light-filled, and seamlessly connected to the architecture as a whole.

The result is a refined residential environment where architecture, landscape, and interior spaces are seamlessly integrated, designed for both everyday living and long-term architectural presence.
