Designed as an extension of the residence architecture, integrating pool, pavilion, and landscape into a cohesive outdoor environment.
The Estate Pool & Pavilion concept represents a fully integrated outdoor living environment, conceived as a natural extension of the residence’s architecture and surrounding landscape.
Rather than treating the exterior as a series of individual elements, the design establishes a cohesive composition where pool, pavilion, terraces, and landscape are developed together. Material continuity, spatial alignment, and architectural proportion guide the overall layout, creating an outdoor environment that feels intentional, balanced, and deeply connected to the home.
This project reflects Mediterra’s approach to integrated outdoor living design where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle spaces are unified into a single residential experience.
The outdoor environment was developed with a disciplined focus on alignment, proportion, and architectural continuity.
The pool, pavilion, and surrounding landscape are positioned to reinforce the geometry of the residence, creating a clear and balanced composition. Circulation paths, seating zones, and functional areas were carefully planned to support both everyday use and larger-scale entertaining, ensuring the space performs as seamlessly as it looks.
A structured layout organizes the outdoor environment along a central axis, establishing visual clarity while reinforcing the architectural presence of the residence.
The pavilion serves as a focal architectural element within the landscape providing shelter, cooking capabilities, and a defined gathering space. Its material palette and proportions were carefully developed to complement the home while maintaining its own distinct architectural identity.
A refined palette of natural stone, structured paving patterns, and integrated detailing establishes continuity between the outdoor environment and the residence.
Each material transition was carefully considered to ensure visual and functional cohesion between interior and exterior spaces. Sightlines, spatial relationships, and architectural elements were coordinated to create a seamless connection across the property.
The environment is designed to support a range of experiences, from quiet daily use to large-scale entertaining, without compromising architectural clarity.
